Front Lobby

The front door is a level entrance with an outside ramp around the side to the carport.

Both the front door and Chapel exit are level to the outside, with ramps to the parking lot, and call boxes outside each door. Inside you will find accessible washrooms on the main floor, and an elevator that travels to all three public levels.

We have five visitation rooms of various sizes to suit your needs.

We have the largest permanent chapel in downtown London with seating for 170 people, a professional sound system, digital picture frames, and easels for picture boards. Tissue holders are built into the front pews for your convenience.

We have two offices for arrangements. A quiet room is also available for your privacy.

This is our Funeral Ark, which is used‚ to hold an Urn‚ for service , which can be held in a visitation room, our chapel or a Church.

Coffee, tea, cold water and a children's corner are available in our spacious lounge.
