Peacefully, with his family by his side, at Richmond Woods
Retirement Home, London, on Monday, December 16, 2019, William "Bill"
Hossack in his 98th year of life and 70th year of marriage to his
beloved wife Jean Catherine Hossack. Dear father of Linda Damaren
(Joe). Cherished brother of George Hossack (Bea) of Woodstock. Also
survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers and
sisters, Anne, Nick, Betty, Lillian and Mary. Bill enlisted in the
Royal Canadian Army Service Corps at the age of 16 and was a Veteran
of W W ll. Bill served in Italy, England and Holland and received 5
medals for his service. Bill was also a member of the Royal Canadian
Legion Victory Branch. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil
Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Thursday, December 19,
2019 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Private interment in St. Peter's
Cemetery, London. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's
Hospitality Centre, 707 Dundas St. London, Ontario N5W 2Z5. Online
