Valerie Pumputis

After a courageous battle with cancer, in her 85th year, our heavenly
Father called Valerie home on November 6th in London, Ontario. Born
in Lithuania on May 4th, 1934 to Jouzas and Jadvyga Albrechtas, her
family survived WW ll and Valerie eventually settled in London,
Ontario She was unwavering in her faith in God and the Catholic
Church. Valerie will be greatly missed by her husband of 63 years,
Donald Joseph Pumputis, her daughters Linda Scott (Gregory), Sandra
Randall (Marshall), Lori Pumputis, Natalie Fraser (Scott), Dana
Margolis (Eric) and her son Father Donald Pumputis. Loving
grandmother of Jordynn Fraser, Vanessa Randall, Taylor Randall,
Olivia Scott and Nicholas Scott. Also survived by her sisters and
brother: Irene Dragunevicius (John), Ausra (Dawn), Janveaux (Guy) and
Joe Albrechtas. Predeceased by her brothers Edmundas, Fernando,
Donatas, Albert and her sisters-in-law Bonnie and Linda. She will
also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be
received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on
Friday, November 9, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., with
Vigil Prayers led by Father Don at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial
will be celebrated in St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin
Ave. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., with celebrants
Father Donald Pumputis and Father Murray Sample, followed
by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. In lieu of flowers
donations may be to the London Regional Cancer Program
