Santa Giorgini

Peacefully, with her family by her side, at LHSC University Hospital on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Santa Giorgini, in her 91st year, left us and now joins her beloved first husband, Antonio Barone (1966) and later by her second husband, Armando Giorgini (2018), in Heaven. 

Santa will be dearly missed by her children John Barone (Vivian), Rocchie Veneziano (Danny) and Angelo Barone (Kathy). She was a cherished nonna to Johnathan (Jen), Gianluca, Anthony (Ana), Marco, Daniela (Anthony), Tania, Cara and Josh, and a proud great-grandmother of six, and one precious angel in Heaven.

She is lovingly remembered by her sister Stella Tuljak, and leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.Santa is predeceased by her parents Michele and Rocchina Mazzeo and four siblings.

Santa was a long time and devoted member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the Marconi Club. Santa lived her life with faith, love, strength and devotion to her family.

Visitors will be received on Monday, September 28th, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London.The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church (345 Lyle at York), on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
