Loving father of Tracey Todd (Joe), James Popham, Heather Popham (Kyle) and Jennifer Popham-Lariviere (Dan). Proud grandfather of four. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, on Friday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at which time a Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel. Rev.
