Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Saturday, January 9, 2016, Pestia Kozak in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Stephan Kozak. Loving mother of Stefanie Czornyj (George) and Jim Kozak (Sally). Proud grandmother of Cassandra Taylor (Greg), Adrianna Czornyj-Ylonen (Shey), Natalie Green (Jeremy), Johanna Kozak (George) and Jon Kozak. Great grandmother of Jacob, Kalyna, Zach, Sophie, Landon and JonAnn. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Tuesday, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Christ the King Ukrainian Catholic Church, 707 Nelson St., London on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Panachyda Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Sadly missed along life's way, quietly remembered each day. No longer in our life to share, but in our hearts, you're always there.
