It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Alfred Leinweber informs his friends of his passing on Friday, December 5, 2025 at St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, in St. Mary’s , ON at the age of 79. Paul now joins his parents Frederick and Pauline his sibling’s Don his wife Donna , John, Doug in heaven.
Paul will be deeply missed by his sister Kathryn Megaro and her husband Rocco. Dear brother-in-law to Kathleen. Paul will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Paul Leinweber will be remembered as a devoted teacher, a cherished brother, an amazing uncle, and a loyal friend whose presence made life brighter for everyone around him. With a kind heart and a gentle spirit, he had a way of making people feel valued, supported, and understood.A natural storyteller, he loved sharing his thoughts through letters to the editor, using his voice to spark conversation, offer perspective, and uplift his community. He found joy and peace on the golf course, where many of his most treasured memories were made with family and friends.Family meant everything to him. He showed his love not through grand gestures, but through the everyday moments—encouraging words, dependable support, and his quiet, steady way of showing up for the people he cared about.His legacy lives on in the students he inspired, the family who loved him, the friends who trusted him, and the countless lives touched by his generosity and warmth.
He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
