ARMSTRONG, Norman "Bob" – Peacefully in the comfort of his home on Sunday November 22, 2015 in his 73rd year after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Dalia (nee Andrulionis) for 45 years. Loving father of Sean (Stacie), Kelly and Daniel (Teresa). Cherished grandad to Rowan, Ivy-Jo, Maeve and Hadley. Dear brother of Kath (Mike). He will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Wesley and Joan, brother Ed and daughter-in-law Avril. Norman was born in Fleet, England and lived and traveled all over Europe before moving to Canada. Norman will be remembered as a great storyteller sharing stories of his days as a bobby in the UK and of his work with Ford Motor Company Germany. He loved cars, spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren play. An expression of gratitude is extended to Dr. Vincent and the Oncology nurses and staff at Victoria Hospital, London. A heartfelt thank you to his son Dr. Sean Armstrong N.D. for all of the care and guidance provided through his cancer journey. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Thursday, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated in Belmont United Church, 247 College St., Belmont on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Victoria Hospital Oncology Unit through the London Health Sciences Foundation at www.lhsf.ca
