With his family at his side at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 Neil Francis McNeil in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late "Jean" Cecilia McNeil (1995). Loving father of James "Locky" McNeil (Carol) and Robert McNeil. Dear grandfather of Sarah (John), Christina and Laura (Trevor), and great-grandfather of Zachery, Austin, Jonathan, Tyler, Nathan and Lurissa. Pre-deceased by his siblings Loretta, Dan, Margaret and Carl. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Peter's Basilica Cathedral, (196 Dufferin Ave.), on Friday at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
