With family at his side and with great serenity at Marion Hospice - Vancouver, B.C., Michele passed away on Thursday February 21st, 2013. Michele Villani, born in San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy on May 3, 1924 in his 88th year. Husband of the late Giovanna Villani (nee Devita). Loving father of Aldo Villani (Josephine), Rosemary McDonald (David) & Anna Villani. Dear sisters Antonietta Villani & Teresa Eberhard, sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law- Graziella Villani, Lucia Pirro, Lina Palcich, Tony Devita (Nanda),Rev. James Devita, Maria Candiago (Paulo). Also loved by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews. Predeceased by son Gaetano (Guy) Villani, his sister Maria Longo, his brothers Francesco, Vincenzo & Gino Villani. Michele lived in London Over 50 years prior to his recent move to Vancouver, B.C. Friends are invited to join Mike's family for a Memorial Service and Celebration of his life to be conducted in St. Mary's Church, (345 Lyle St. at York) on Friday, May 3, 2013, 11:00 AM.
