Peacefully at Meadow Park Nursing Home, London on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 Michal "Michael" Koniar in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Irene Mary Koniar (nee: Pelkey). Dear father of Richard Koniar (Karen) of Oakville and James Koniar (Kristina) of Niagara Falls. Loving grandfather of Helena, Karl and Ryan. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Sunday, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in the chapel of the O'Neil Funeral Home on Monday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. The family extends their sincere appreciation to the care givers of the Meadow Park Nursing Home and the nursing staff of the 6th floor Victoria Hospital for their outstanding care of Michal.
