Peacefully, at Chateau Gardens Nursing Home, London, on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, Mary Margarette "Mamie" (Anderson) Manherz in her 87th year. Beloved wife of John. Loving mother of Chris (Karen) , Carol van der Velde (George), and Marianne Anderson (Ian). Dear grandmother of Kristine, Kevin (Karen) Manherz, Jonathon, Matthew, Nathaniel van der Velde, Michael (Melissa) Anderson, Ginnifer (Dann) AndersonBrown, Ashley Anderson. Great-grandmother of five. She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews, and greatly missed by her dear cousin Noreen. Also survived by her sister Catherine Polci, sisters-in-law Elsie Anderson and Eunice Anderson. Predeceased by her grandson Daniel, her brothers Robert "Andy" and Donald. Visitation will be in All Saints Parish Church, 124 Front St. E, Strathroy, ON., on Saturday. March 17, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., at which time a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in Scared Heart in the Fields Cemetery, Mt. Brydges. Reception to follow interment at All Saints Parish Hall, Strathroy. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a favourite charity would be appreciated.
