Marian Henryk Ochnik

With his family at his side at University Hospital London, on Friday, November 16, 2012, Marian Henryk Ochnik in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Stefania (Miskiewicz) Ochnik. Dear father of the late Zbigniew John Ochnik (2011) and father-in-law of Elizabeth Ochnik. Loving grandfather of Monika (Matt Crisp), Agnes (Michael Gibson), Sylvia (Michael Holmes) and Anna Ochnik. Great-grandfather of Emily. Brother of Kazimera, Juliana and Jan, all of Poland. Also survived by many relatives in Poland, England and Canada. Predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Marian was a veteran of WWII, Polish Corps, British Army and a survivor of the Battle of Monte Casino. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill St. on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
