Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital with her family her side on Thursday, March 17, 2016 Maria Isabel Da Ponte in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Manuel De Amaral Da Ponte (1994). Dear mother of Tony Da Ponte (Antonina), Carlos Da Ponte (Maria), Gloria Texeira (Jose), Jose Da Ponte and Linda Ponte (Mario). Loving grandmother of Michelle, Chris, Jason, Christina, Mandy & Derek and great grandmother of 12. Also survived by her sisters Armanda of California, Francisca of Sao Miguel and her brother Manuel of Sao Miguel. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Friday, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church,10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd. on Saturday at 9:30 a.m., followed by entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
