Peacefully with her family by her side at University Hospital, London, on Friday, June 17, 2016 Maria Regina Carreiro in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Jose Da Costa Mendonca. Dear mother of Arminda Da Costa (Jose), Connie Cabral (John) and Jose Mendonca (Aida) and dear mother-in-law of Natalia. Loving grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 15. Survived by her brother Antonio in Sao Miguel. Predeceased by her son Norbert (2010), her sisters Inez and Margarida and her brother Francisco. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Monday, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church,10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd. on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
