Lester Elijah Jollimore

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 with his family at his side Lester Elijah Jollimore in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Florence Jollimore for 56 years. Survived by his sisters Helen Oickle of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia and Daisy Blake of London, Ontario. Also survived by his nieces and nephews Daniel Boudreau, Debra Melco (John) of Long Island, New York, Cindy Boudreau of London and Kristine Allison of London. Grand nephew and nieces Darian Boudreau, Robert Carrothers, Nathan Gracey (Jennifer) and Matthew Allison of London. Lester proudly served in the 3rd RCR and Navy for 39 years and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a long time volunteer for the Korean War Veterans. He also was involved with cadets, Knights of Columbus for many years. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street on Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Mary Immaculate Church (Trafalgar & Admiral Dr.) on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Victoria Hospital Cancer Clinic or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The family would like to extend their grateful appreciation to all the staff at Victoria Hospital Oncology Floor and doctors at the Victoria Hospital Cancer Clinic. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
