Lavaughne Swinson passed away at LHSC - University Hospital, London, ON, on Wednesday October 7, 2026 at the age of 72 after a long battle with health issues.
Lavaughne grew up in Merrymount Children's Home in London, ON, where Mrs Nickerson gave her much love and care.
She then went on to work at Bell all of her life before retiring.
Lavaughne will be dearly missed by her husband Richard and her son David (Melanie).
In lieu of flowers donations to the LHSC Kidney transplant unit would be appreciated.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in December.
