Jose "Joe" Manuel Salvador

On Thursday January 18th, Joe Manuel Salvador in his 71st year, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. Joe was born on July 19th, 1953 in Furnas, São Miguel, Açores, Portugal.

Beloved husband of Margaret Salvador for 46 years. Dear father to Sherri Salvador-Couto (Michael), Shannon Amaral (Zack) and Kyla Salvador. Loving Vavô to Alexa and Gavin. He is predeceased by his parents, Manuel and Maria and also his sister Evangelina Pimenta and brother-in-law Manuel.  Cherished brother to Ana Brizida (John), Eduarda Pimentel (Duarte), Maria Vieira (Luis). Joe is survived by many nieces,  nephews and extended family.

The Family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dr. Ricardo Fernandes, Dr. Belal Ahmad, Dr. Hamilton and his palliative care team and their wonderful Saint Elizabeth nurses for all the compassionate care provided to Joe.

Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London, on Sunday January 21st, 2024 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Justin’s Church, 855 Jalna Blvd. at Ernest, on Monday January 22nd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.  Interment to follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
