With his family by his side, Jose Martins De Melo passed peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the age of 79. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years Maria De Melo. Dear father of Joseph (Michelle) Melo, Maria (Deryck) Walden and Dulce (Delfim) Santos. Loving grandfather of Natalie, Victoria, Grace, Anna, Sarah, Delia, Dario and Nicole. Cherished brother of Maria Carvalho and Henrique Martins De Melo. Predeceased by his parents Manuel Pereira De Melo and Carolina Martins Da Costa and his brothers Manuel Martins De Melo, Albino Martins De Melo and Andre Martin De Melo. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. The Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, 10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd, on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m; followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
