On Tuesday April 24th, José Alberto Medeiros in his 81st year, passed away with his family by his side. José was born on December 19th, 1943 in S. Mateus, Pico, Açores, Portugal. Beloved husband of Adelaide Medeiros for 57 years. Dear father to Emanuel Medeiros (Manuela) and Jamey Medeiros (Eleanora). Loving Avô to Vanessa, Andrew and Lucas. He is predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Maria Guilhermina. Cherished brother to Ederia Cardoso (Luciano) and Rogerio de Medeiros (Henriqueta). José is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. The Family would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and support staff from LHSC Critical Care Trauma Centre for all the compassionate care provided to José.

Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church,10 Elm St at Hamilton Rd, on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
