Peacefully, with his family by his side, at Victoria Hospital, London, on Friday, September 8, 2017, Joao "John" Silveira in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Margarida Silveira. Also survived by seven brothers, three sisters and many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, 10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., followed by Entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
