James Frederick Austin

Peacefully, with his daughter by his side, at Parkwood Institute, London, on Monday, June 2, 2025, James Frederick “Jim” Austin in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Louise Austin (2017). Loving father of Karen McKean (Bradley). Dear grandfather of Sterling McKean. Jim will also be missed by his Goddaughter Sandra Janzen (Jack) and her son Jacob. Survived by his sister Anne Ruddy of North Carolina. Predeceased by his siblings Mary Jessop, David Austin, Eileen Austin, Helen Morkin, Catherine Austin, Rita Brousseau and Jane Austin. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Andrew the Apostle Church,1 Fallons Lane at Huron St. on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
