Peacefully, with her family by her side, at Chelsey Park Long Term Care Home, London, on Friday, January 5, 2018 Hanna Czuma in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Jerzy "George" Czuma (2004). Dear mother of Catherine Czuma of London, Wojciech "Michael" Czuma (Patricia) of Toronto, and Marek Czuma (Allan) of Galiano Island, B.C. Loving grandmother of the late David Czuma (2017). Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Family Church, 777 Valetta St. on Wednesday, January 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., followed by private interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London at a later date. The family would to extend their sincere thanks to all the wonderful 2nd floor staff of Chelsey Park for their compassionate care of our mother.
