Giuseppe Merucci

Peacefully, with his family at his side, on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023, Giuseppe Merucci in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Filomena Merucci(2018). Dear father of  Angelo  Merucci, Cosimo Merucci (Pam), Bruno Merucci (Jan), the late Benedetto “Bernie” Merucci (2022) and the late Tony Merucci (2015).  Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Laura, Amanda (Joseph) and Serena (Sam). Great -grandfather of Kristen, C.J., Maverick and Jayce.  Also survived by his daughter-in-law Chris Merucci and extended family in Canada and Italy.  The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the palliative care team for their compassionate and loving care of Giuseppe. Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London,  on Monday, September 11, 2023  from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary’s  Church,345 Lyle St, on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023  at 11:00 a.m. followed by entombment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Mary’s Church building fund or the Canadian Cancer Society https://cancer.ca  Online condolences & Guest Book at www.oneilfuneralhome.ca
