Peacefully passed away at Mount Hope on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at age 95. Predeceased by his wife Betty (Johnson) in 2011. Dear father of Neil, Judy (Paul) Purves, Paul, Donna (Mike) DeKleyn, Michael (Cathy), Larry (Marsha), Diane, and Peter (Lori).Loving Papa of Mandy Trinh (Ngoc), Kelly Hefford (Matt), Jaclyn Beamish (Mike), Tyla Haggarty, Becky Kernohan (Rob), Sarah Halonen (Conner), Colleen DeKleyn (Grace Panes), Julia Celestino (Jon), David and Sean Haggarty, Jonathon, Cassandra, Sarina and Jazmin Haggarty.
Known as “Papa Frank” to 9 great-grand children, Noah, Olivia, Colin, Henry, Nora, Kate, Issac, Wesley & Zoey. Predeceased by his brothers Emmett (Angela), Leon and Jerome (Theresa) Haggarty and his sisters Ellahree (Clem Payton), Mildred (Albert Schaeffer), Kay (Frank Stapleton), Helen (Bob Devereaux), and Margaret (Jack O’Reilly).
Frank is survived by his sisters-in-law Margaret Mary Johnson, Leigh Johnson and Margaret (Mike) Feeney. Predeceased by Bill (Marianne) Johnson, Neil (Lucienne) Johnson, Marie (Bob) Hardy, Pat Johnson, Ella (Willy) Abdallah, Michael Johnson, Madeline (Leo) Blackmore, Ted Johnson, Rosemary Johnson and Patsy Gignac. Uncle to many nieces and nephews of the Haggarty and Johnson families.
Frank was born in Monkton and raised on the farm. After high school he moved to London to pursue a career as an electrician. He built a successful business, Renco Electrical Contractors.

Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Thursday, July 25 from 3:00 - 7:30 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Friday, July 26, at 11:00 am. Followed by internment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations can be made to the London Regional Cancer Centre.
