Ellen Richardson

At University Hospital, London, on Friday, June 22, 2012, Ellen (nee: Rorke) Richardson in her 92nd year. Loving and beloved wife of the late Robert William "Bill" Richardson (2005). Mother of Bill (Mary Lou) of London and Ellen Richardson (Bruce Little) of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Louise Richardson, Will and Ned Richardson-Little. Ellen was an accomplished woman and an adventurer from an early age. The girl from Cleveland, Ohio, met the love of her life in a campsite in Northern Ontario. They were able to celebrate their 63rd wedding anniversary. Ellen was an educator-teacher and consultant. She was a gardener par excellence. Everywhere she went, she made friends. She was a resilient and courageous woman who inspired us with her love and her great spirit. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Monday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted in St. Luke's Anglican Church, 1204 Richmond St. N., London, on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.
