Charmaine Mitchell

At Parkwood Institute London, on Sunday, October 29, 2017, Charmaine Mitchell (nee: Duguay) in her 61st year. Cherished sister of Rosemarie Lane (Ralph), Lorraine Duguay-Mitchell (David) and Richard Duguay. Also survived by three nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Deborah Ann, Eileen Marie and her parents Joseph "Gerry" and Veronica Duguay (nee: Shea). Charmaine will be remembered by the Mitchell and Noe-Vack families, her family and friends in Parkhill and the staff of Parkwood Institute. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service which will be conducted in the Chapel at 12 noon., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
