Carmela Facciorusso

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Carmela Facciorusso announces her passing at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario on Sunday, July 19, 2026. 

Carmela now joins her beloved husband Antonio Facciorusso (2003) in Heaven.

She was born in Porto San Giorgio (Marche), Italy. Carmela will be dearly missed by her sons John Facciorusso (Josephine)and Maurice Facciorusso (Shelley).

 Dear grandmother of Anna, Mark, (predeceased by Sarah - 2021), Matthew (Stacey), Christina (Allen) and Adam. 

Cherished great-grandmother of Jordan, Levi, Izyk, Patrick, Myles and Ian.

Carmela is also survived by family in Italy and Argentina. 

She loved to cook. Her specialty was fish and many other types of pasta and meats. 

Thank you to Chelsey Park and Southbridge London East for the care of Carmela over the last 3 years.

Family would also like to thank the wonderful staff on the 6th floor palliative care at Victoria Hospital and O'Neil Funeral Home, professional handling of mom's final resting place. Thank you!

 A private family Funeral Service was celebrated in the Holy Family Mausoleum in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London, Ontario.
