Surrounded by his family, at Victoria Hospital London on Sunday, September 9, 2012, Armando Oliveira Sousa Sr. in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Benvinda (Tavares) Sousa. Dear father of Carlos Sousa (Natalia) of Bethlehem, PA., Cecilia Pinheiro (Joe), Antonio Sousa (Clotilde) and Armando Sousa (Isabel) all of London. Loving grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 20. Also survived by two sisters in Portugal, a brother in London and a sister in Quebec. Predeceased by his grandson Manuel, two brothers and four sisters. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church (Elm St at Hamilton Rd) on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Peter's Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
