Surrounded by her family at Victoria Hospital, London on Wednesday November 15, 2023 Anna Kondrak passed at the age of 69. Predeceased by her beloved husband Grzegorz.
Anna is survived by her sons Tomasz (Kasia) and Marek (Iza). She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Grzegorz, Natalia and Patrycia.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill St., on Monday, November 20 at 10:00 a.m. The rosary will be prior to the mass at 9:30 a.m. Private family internment in Poland at a later date.
