Andrew Robert Chwiecko

Peacefully, in his sleep at home on Sunday, April 27, 2025, Andrew Chwiecko at the age of 55 was called to the angels by our Heavenly Father. He was a loving and devoted husband for 27 years to Linda (VanDun). Beloved Dad and best friend to Aidan, Nathan (2002), Ryan and Matthew. Survived by his brothers Mark (Jennifer) and Robert (Amanda) and loving uncle to Ashtyn, Daniella, Cierra, Jayna and Neave. Pre-deceased by parents Chester (2015) and Krystyna (Wira, 2021). Son-in-law to Joseph and Geraldine (2005) and a loved brother-in-law of Joanne. Andrew was loved and will be dearly missed by many cousins, friends and his extended hockey family.

Andrew cherished Linda and the life they created with the boys. From the quiet time that the two shared together to the Sunday BBQ’s with the music in the background. He was such an integral part in shaping their individuality and he made such a personal special bond with each of them. Andrew was the centre of their lives, “their person”. He made sure that everyone he interacted with was fully entertained by his “shenanigans”, his smile and his infectious belly laugh that made everyone around him love him even more. Andrew was also greatly respected in his career and proud of the business he grew. His relationships with the people he worked with was not just as colleagues but was also as friends. Andrew was and will always be remembered as the funny and witty guy who always found a way to touch the lives of everyone he ever met.
