Peacefully, with her family by her side, at her residence in London on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, Alda Medeiros Moniz in her 96th year. Beloved wife of Semiao Cardoso. Dear mother of Maria Franco (Pedro), Natalia Sousa (Domingos), Honorina Rocha (Daniel), Marcelino Cardoso (Gorette) and the late Noe Cardoso (Deodata). Loved beyond measures by her 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Alda had a love for singing, music, playing cards and colouring. She especially loved the times when her family was all together celebrating. The arrangements and interment services in St. Peter's Cemetery, London, will be held privately. Arrangements to honour her life will be held later when possible.
